Equality Impact Assessments

NHS Medway recognises its statutory requirement to undertake equality impact assessments and the aim is that this process will become mainstreamed into the day to day work of policy making, service delivery, employment practice and other functions.

Our aim is to promote a culture whereby everyone considers the relevance and impact of their actions and decisions on others.
