Do you have a compliment, comment or complaint about healthcare in Medway? If so, we would like to hear from you. Your experiences can help the NHS improve.

Usually, patients want to give their comments about a service direct to the people who provide it - such as GP practices, dentists, pharmacists, opticians, community teams or hospital staff.

You can now contact us about any service provided by the NHS in Medway.

We will pass you comments on. Complaints can either be investigated by the practice or by NHS Medway and you can choose how you would like an issue dealt with - including by phone, email, letter or face-to-face meeting.
