The Medway LINk
The Medway LINk (Local Involvement Network) is an independent network of local people and community groups working together to influence and improve Medway's health and social care services.
The LINk provides a forum to voice concerns about service provision and standards of quality and work with those who plan and run services to help make them better.
By making recommendations to the people responsible for commissioning those services real changes can be made in service redesign.
Who can join the Medway LINk?
Every person, voluntary and community group in Medway can join the Medway LINk. They can participate with no strings or obligations and at any level.
If you join the Medway LINk you can:
- Receive information about LINk events, changes in local health or social care services and receive the LINk Newsletter.
- Take part in a surveys opinion polls, online discussions, and respond to a consultations.
- Join focus groups, visit health and social care services and represent the LINk on external groups.
