The palliative care support line is a new, dedicated 24/7 telephone line for the use of patients or their carers to gain crisis support at End of Life. The service will assess the patients or carers immediate crisis needs and will ensure the most appropriate service response is delivered in a timely manner whilst supporting any of the patients advance planned wishes.
