Minor Injuries Units - Get fast-track treatment at a minor injury unit – you could be seen 2 x faster compared to A&E

If you have an injury that is not life threatening, you can get help from a minor injuries unit (MIU), rather than going to A&E. This allows A&E staff to concentrate on people with serious, life-threatening conditions and will save you a potentially long wait.

There are minor injuries units at:

Sittingbourne Memorial Hospital
Bell Road
Sittingbourne
ME10 4DT
Telephone: 01795 418300
Open 9am to 9pm 7 days a week.

Sheppey Community Hospital
Plover Road, Minster-on-Sea
ME12 3LT
Telephone: 01795 879104
Open 9am to 9pm 7 days a week.

MIUs are usually nurse-led services and an appointment is not necessary.
