Publication scheme

Under the Freedom of Information Act 2000 all public authorities are required to have and operate a Publication Scheme approved by the Information Commissioner.

The Publication scheme is a complete guide to the information routinely published by NHS Medway. It is a description of the information about our trust which we make publicly available.

It is important to us that this scheme meets your needs and we have designed it to be a route map so that you can find information about the trust easily.

The Publication scheme contains seven classes of information and can be accessed free of charge.
