Sue Wanstall
Sue is responsible for managing the IM&T service for Primary Care, developing focused IT support by promoting the use of information and supporting technologies in all areas.
Sue is reponsible for managing the Health Informatics Service (HIS) IT Service Level Agreement which supports the GP IT Helpdesk.
Sue leads in the Prison Health IT programme working with TPP SystmOne for Rochester and Cookham Wood prisons.
Sue's team lead on current and new IT projects including Audit+, EPS2, EDN/T and Telehealth.
Mandy Skinner
Mandy leads on Choose and Book (CaB) functionality and processes. Mandy supports GP's and Practice staff through the provision of hands on support and training to improve their knowledge of existing systems and those to be implemented.
Mandy co-ordinates, plans and delivers a wide range of IT training, including Choose and Book, Summary Care Records, End of Life Register, scanning and templates in a variety of of formats ie. one-to-one, formal and informal taught sessions and workshops.
Mark Garbett
Mark provides overall information management skills, support and training to General Practitioners and Primary Care staff to improve the quality of data on their clinical systems.
Mark is responsible for information governance policy and process, disseminating and reinforcing good governance and security practice to all general practice staff. He also provides support to projects, advising on matters relating to information governance, including security and data quality.
Angela Prince
Angela leads on the delivery of audits to GP practice systems and is responsible for writing and analysing audits using Audit+. Angela assists the Public Health Department with national audits eg. diabetes and flu.
Angela supports GP's and staff to ensure that processes are in place to give assurance of compliance with the Information Governance (IG) Toolkit and other internal and external Information Governance Standards ensuring staff are aware of and understand their responsibilities.
Amanda Gowers
Amanda is responsible for facilitating good data quality within general practice supporting and addressing data quality issues. Amanda provides support and advice to participating practices within Medway to not only improve data quality but also to implement changes in the way practices record data by running practice audits using MIQUEST and CHART on-line.
Amanda manages nhs.net practice and generic email accounts.
