The Performance Review Team manage the processes in place to monitor performance and quality improvement.
It is the duty of each NHS body to put in place arrangements for the purpose of monitoring and improving the quality of health care provided by and for that body. NHS Medway is able to manage its statutory duty of quality through a range of mechanisms, including the Management of Performers Lists.
The team is responsible for the smooth running of the Performance Advisory Groups (PAGs), the Contract Management Committee and the Decision Making Group (DMG) and liaises closely with the Kent Primary Care Agency (KPCA).
The team also provides support and advise to practices regarding performers and the NHS Performers List Regulations.
