Revalidation and appraisal

Appraisal is a professional process for doctors working in the NHS.

Strengthened appraisal will contribute to GP's evidence for re-licensing and re-certification (Revalidation)

Formal responsibility for appraisal rests with NHS Medway; however, it is a requirement of every GP included on NHS Medway's Performers List to ensure they have a yearly appraisal.
