QOF 2011/12 New and Revised Indicators
The QOF programme for 2011/12 has now been announced and will become effective from 1 April 2011.
Please take time to read through this information and ensure all members of your practice who have an involvement in QOF are made aware of this and in particular clinicians are made aware of any changes within the clinical domain.
It is important to implement systems to monitor and record activity within the new and revised indicators to ensure achievement is maximised and patient care is maintained. Some indicators will require local Read codes and it is recommended that these are in place from 1st April as the data set and business rules are not yet available.
